Staff that can't be bothered

My daughter passed her test and I contacted One Call to update the insurance. Quoting" We need to speak to the policy holder" who is away in university and not particularly adept at such admin. I'm on the policy- fad- who arranged and pays the premium. Yet Connot T didn't want to know. Needless to say, we'll go somewhere else when renuals are up. Low cost
