Excellent customer care and service

My car was stolen from my driveway overnight. It was recorded on my CCTV but I was shocked and upset as the car was cherished and valuable. From the first call to One Call Insurance until eventual total loss settlement I was treated with empathy, courtesy and professionalism by One Call staff. The opportunity for online chat was helpful and useful and I was very pleased with the service I received despite the situation I found myself in through no fault of my own! Dealing with the One Call company via their live chat was fast and thorough. Each of the departments, renewal and accounts were great and sorted out a good discount and payment scheme. All the operators were well informed and polite. Excellent service 10 out of 10. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
