Brilliant customer service

Fortunately I haven't had to use my insurance yet, but when I was getting a quote I had a tricky point to clarify. The customer service person clarified this for me after going away and consulting a senior manager to ensure I was getting the correct information. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Easy

After I received my renewal for my car insurance it was high so I rang one call and spoke to a lovely lady and she went through my policy. She gave me a discount which brought it down to a better price that I could afford. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Motor Insurance
