Needed proof of NCB

Very efficient online chat. I was able to get an email confirming my NCB status withing a couple of minutes and they will allow my wife and I to rotate insurance each year to maintain our NCB moving forward Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I will never leave One Call.

5 stars all day everyday. I have a platinum policy and the team and a pleasure to speak to. I have recently done a change of vehicle, I called up and they said if I make the change on the portal, I save myself TEN POUNDS !! Best believe I went there straight away and made the change. I feel like One Call go the extra mile with a smile. I couldn't be happier and will recommend One Call to all my friends and family forever. I will never leave one call.
