One Choice - One Call

I have chosen One Call Insurance for my motor insurance again simply because they’re the fairest and most helpful insurance company I have dealt with for many years. In the current climate of over charging for so many services it’s reassuring to find a company that isn’t jumping on the bandwagon and blaming Covid, Ukraine, cost of living or any other excuse to impose unreasonable increases just because they can. This is also the first company whose live chat isn’t a hassle, they’re extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient whilst being friendly and not hurrying you off the line. I swapped to one call because it was so much cheaper, I then got a new car and had to swap again but found this very easy they cancelled my old insurance and started again with the new car all very simple very polite customer service. Reviewed on: 27th September 2023
