User friendly and good deal

A big grievance with insurers is rampant profiteering and an annual battle to get a cost reduction. One call is different, they don't play these games and always give a competetive quite, it makes life easy. Add to that ease of use of its portal and renewal process, then why change insurers. Excellent customer service

I had to make a claim pretty quickly into my policy, the customer service team were excellent and helped and settled my claim really quickly and efficiently, there was always a reassuring voice on the end of the telephone. I was very surprised how easy is to deal with One Call insurance. Everybody knows what means to finde good Insurance provider and fulfill theirs paperwork requirements.
