Excellent value for money and service

Excellent Service

I've been with One-Call for 3 years now. Refreshingly, they didn't try to hike my premiums on renewal like many companies do. Their helpline is UK based and extremely accommodating. This year they took my premium by direct debit but I called to say I wanted to be a Platinum customer. They confirmed that I could, but Platinum customers can only pay monthly. I thought they'd refuse, but instead, they immediately refunded my full premium and set up a direct debit for the monthly amount. With a comprehensive website and online documentation, they're just about all you could ask for from a convenience standpoint. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
