When needed

After having several policy anniversaries, I unfortunately had a road traffic accident back in April 2019. I called Onecall and spoken to a advisor who went through all the details in very fine detail, as we know as time goes by you forget stuff. It was a long process going over details that I said, but I understand that’s the requirements of Onecall. My curtesy car arrived on time, and happy with the whole process after calling on my car insurance provider. When we take out a car insurance policy you would hope you never ever need to use it, but when needed through what ever reason, I was relieved it was Onecall Thank you Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Have used this company for a number of years

Best Car Insurance

I have been with one call for some time and very happy with my renewal quotes always competitive. This year I got a second car and when looking for insurance I got crazy quotes but One Call charge a set additional amount for a second car regardless of age or make. Loyalty is back baby!

I have been a one call insurance member for a good few years now and, when the inevitable happens ( As it does with more idiots in cars), I couldn’t ask for better support in my time of need. It’s bad enough dealing with the trauma of an accident, but with one call advisors you never feel it is false when talking with them. They make sure you are ok , don’t over ‘jargonise ‘ the conversation and try as much as possible to give timelines as to what happens and when. On top of that, for being a loyal customer, my insurance contract reflects that as it is more bespoke to me. I’m never bombarded with literature but am kept up to date in a respectful manner. There have not been major price hikes and I do feel I have value for money. I do not pay bargain basement prices but neither to I feel I’m paying to much for the service I receive.
