2 cars, a camper and a motorbike!

All my vehicles are with One Call. Always able to beat competition which is rare these days. Customer service great. Had to make a claim in 2020 and equally efficient then too. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

First Class Service

I recently had a incident where a car hit mine while I was at work. Luckily it was witnessed so I was able to give One Call the details.The advisors couldn't have been more helpful. They sorted out my hire car,delivering it to my house and taking mine away to repair. While it was away i had numerous phone calls from the care claim team to give me updates and when i had my car back after two weeks a couple of days later i had another call asking if was happy with the service i had recieved. I couldnt fault anything anything at all and it took the stress and worry completely away. Also the replacement car was great too. All of the advisors were polite and friendly .So thank you very much to One Call Insurance. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Rewarding renewal
