Excellent customer care and service

My car was stolen from my driveway overnight. It was recorded on my CCTV but I was shocked and upset as the car was cherished and valuable. From the first call to One Call Insurance until eventual total loss settlement I was treated with empathy, courtesy and professionalism by One Call staff. The opportunity for online chat was helpful and useful and I was very pleased with the service I received despite the situation I found myself in through no fault of my own! Excellent customer service and policy
