Have been with one call for a couple of years now. Normally I switch regularly when the auto renewal hikes the price. Although One Call increased the policy slightly they were prepared to negotiate and I added their top end car recovery to the premium at a great price. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

charge the earth if you want to cancel the policy

we sold one of our cars and had 7 months left on the policy so i contacted them for a refund and was shocked as the charges to cancel nearly wiped out the refund, after a lengthy battle with customer support i managed to get soime money back, but will never use them again.
