Got ripped off

Seriously unhappy - I had my first ever motorbike accident this year. It was 100% not my fault, driver pulled right across my nose, i had no chance. I had fully comp insurance with one call. I spoke to the claim handler and since then they have done NOTHING that i asked them to do. I am expecting to be fully reimbursed so i can replace the vehicle lost, with no cost to myself at all. This has not been the case and i have lost over half the value of my bike. So now im busted up, but healing, and have no chance at all to replace the bike someone decided to smash up. Completely not my fault and yet im left out of pocket. This is NOT what should happen when you are the victim of someone else's negligent. One call have let me down at every turn. absolutely gutted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My car was stolen and they refused to pay out, you can only talk to passive aggressive chat assistants who are desperate to get you off their log and will kick you off the chat if you so much as sneeze and force you to repeat yourself. They then cancelled my policy after racking up huge costs and then voided my insurance one week before the end of the policy and refused to pay out even though I managed to track the car thieves myself and retrieve the car.
