Good service

Helpful staff, but webchat problems

Contact with OneCall is through webchat, but the window for this doesn't appear on any of my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge). I had to resort to Tor. When I did contact them, they were helpful, and sorted out my insurance renewal. Reviewed on: 11th October 2021
