One quote. One Call!

For two years running, I have been pleasantly surprised, that my monthly payments have come down. This is the only insurance company that is fair with its customers. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Wouldn't go anywhere else

In the years I have been using One call ive never had a problem with them at all, customer service is perfect online chat is the best ive ever used, Their website is so easy to use even older people could use it, its very accessible, The price i originally had for my car insurance was great and as of yet the renew prices have been great too so my vote will definitely be One call insurance Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Economic and efficient

I was very impressed with not only the rates of insurance but also the ease of setting up the policy couple that with a renewal quote which again was the cheapest of all the comparison sites (which is very unusual as 2nd year rates are usually inflated!) Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Brilliant Customer Service, so kind and helpful.

One Call Insurance really did come to my rescue, twice! Once I explained what had happened Brad and Amanda my One Call Insurance Reps acted very quickly to get the help and assistance I needed. It was tricky because on this particular weekend there were long wait times due to the service being busier than normal and overstretched. I was told 2-6hrs waiting for Breakdown. Brad and Amanda did the best they could given limited Recovery Agents to call upon, but through care for me and the dilemmas I was facing they went above and beyond to get me the help I needed as quickly as possible. I can't thank them enough.They were my lifeline and made a horrible situation better because they knew their job, were proactive and efficient and because they cared. It took me two days to get home in the end but Brad and Amanda courtesy of One Call Insurance made all the difference to the final outcome. Thankyou One Call Insurance.
