Doubled my insurance when I had one accident in ten years

I was given what they said at the time was platinum insurance for Ten years. Yet as soon as I had one accident they literally doubled my insurance, saying this was the best they could now offer. So much for protected no claims. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

When someone drove into my car recently, One Call sorted everything out in next to no time. Three days after the incident a hire car arrived at my house & my car was taken away to be repaired.
