They didn't even get my name right!

My only experience with One Call so far has been in trying to get documents/ information from them, which is not easy and not what I've experienced from other insurance companies...and now I've been sent an email from them asking me to vote for them but it was addressed to 'Nicola'! I have no experience of making a claim but this doesn't give confidence. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021
