Simple, easy to do business with and very helpful!

First year with One Call and they have been excellent. We had a bit of a hiccup with an incorrectly registered claim from many years ago that they highlighted, and our previous insurer provided a letter confirming we hadn't made a claim, and they sorted it out quickly and easily, being friendly and helpful throughout. Easy to work

Car breakdown.

Recently had my car breakdown. Phone service was good, kept me up to date as to when I could expect their service man. Turned up earlier than expected. Fixed the car and made sure everything was working properly before leaving Reviewed on: 13th September 2021
