Delay on payment of claims

I had my van broken into back in March 2021, still waiting for payment even though One call agreed an amount a month ago, very poor customer service, was asked on several occasions to provide proof of purchase and each time responded, worst service ever! Happy to take your money but not pay out when needed most!! Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Straightforward Simplicity

I have two cars insured with One Call and have, in over 5 years with them, had a moment's trouble. Their website is very easy to navigate and virtually all of your requirement can be met there, with the added bonus of an online chat feature as well as the ability to speak to one of their very helpful and knowledgeable operators. Pricing is very keen, often the best prices on comparison websites, and cover often includes a basic breakdown policy - not always included in other company's policies, saving the extra cost.
