Outstanding Service

onecall insurance was very easy to set up, for my vehicles. I went with a good package that I believe is very good priced, I have spoken with the customer service team a few times now and each time they have been very understanding, professional, helpful and most of all they care about there customers. Helpful and friendly

I have been with one call insurance for many many years but have only had to call on them once when someone drove into my car whilst it was parked up. They were fabulous, nothing was to much trouble and they answered all my questions and took the time to explain when I didn’t understand. They sorted everything out for me including courtesy car right up until I didn’t need it anymore and my payment for my car. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

An easy choice

From the get go customer service has been great, the policy explained clearly, reassurance that I have the cover I really need and my premiums have not been inflated year on year. Replacing my windscreen when it cracked was no bother what so ever and arranging recovery when I broke down once was quick efficient. Only reason for not giving full stars is because I’ve never had to make a proper claim against it thankfully so no experience of this. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

A simple to understand letter for my renewal insurance
