Unbelievable!

I have been insured with One Call for more years than I can remember. My family and friends are amazed when I tell them just how much I pay for my fully comprehensive insurance. One Call is for life. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Pretty darn good

I like the easy nature of the website, the 'online'ness' of it all and how I can do a webchat instead of calling on the phone - that way, no call queues! Documents are easy to download, and payment is easy. My only gripe was when I needed to call on the phone once, it wasn't quite as slick - but I went with them because I wanted the web chat feature, so not really surprising I guess... They are also relatively competitive, but like other insurance companies, if you don't ask, you don't get - so be sure to webchat at your renewal to see if they have given you the best deal as the likelihood is - they haven't! I like this insurance company, and I would recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
