Loyalty is back baby!

I have been a one call insurance member for a good few years now and, when the inevitable happens ( As it does with more idiots in cars), I couldn’t ask for better support in my time of need. It’s bad enough dealing with the trauma of an accident, but with one call advisors you never feel it is false when talking with them. They make sure you are ok , don’t over ‘jargonise ‘ the conversation and try as much as possible to give timelines as to what happens and when. On top of that, for being a loyal customer, my insurance contract reflects that as it is more bespoke to me. I’m never bombarded with literature but am kept up to date in a respectful manner. There have not been major price hikes and I do feel I have value for money. I do not pay bargain basement prices but neither to I feel I’m paying to much for the service I receive. Great team and easy to use
