Customer service lady was excellent

The lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely when I called. I asked to change to monthly payments and she was brilliant when handling my enquiries even down to when I explained I can get insurance cheaper she rechecked for me. She was perfect. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Too long to wait
