All who I have spoken to on the telephone have been very helpful and friendly. It appears to be no problem to explain things to me thoroughly. I appreciate that. Poor Service, No accountability, Bad Customer Experience Finally I managed to get my policy cancelled by this appalling company. It cost me £39 even though the reason I cancelled was due to their extremely poor service for which there was no acceptance of responsibility whatsoever. Anyway just glad to be rid of them as my blood pressure has now returned to near normal. This is the third run in with Onecall and definitely my last. Anyway I told the representive that I would write a review for each £ they charged me for cancellation so this is number one. I'm now heading across to Google. Trust and honesty

One call have always been honest and up front with me I am 65 and could have had cheaper insurerance meany times but because of there honestly and trustworthy Ness I have stayed With them. Thank you very much one call Reviewed on: 2nd September 2020

Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing

They have no idea about record keeping. There were several sessions of chasing them around and speaking to lots of people but the one which convinced me not to use them again was them demanding proof of my no claims bonus - guess who I insured with last time? Yes with them. It still took three phone calls to sort out! Reviewed on: 31st August 2020
