I needed to change something on my policy and was dreading the ‘press one for.,,,,the colour of your eyes, two if......your losing the will to live’ etc.,when I noticed you have the option of talking to a person. It may seem insignificant to some but for a technophobe like me it’s a game changer. Well done. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Accident claim
