Easy to contact and extremely helpful staff. Good products that meet my requirements at competitive prices. I was also very pleased that the renewal quote/price was very close to previous year's premium and unlike some companies who added ridiculous increases year on year, this gave me the confidence to just renew and not spend time comparing.
