One Call Insurance Car insurance broker reviews (27038)

Charged £49 for cancellation prior to strat of insurance.

Found out they were completely useless with their help when I tried to add an additional car for a limited period to a policy that hadn't yet started. Also, the insurance document was with ABC Insurance (sounds a bit dodgy!) who didn't seem to have any details of my policy and the policy document was barely readable. After exasperating attempts to add the extra car with One Call I then went back to my previous insurer (Direct Line) who were so much easier to deal with that I decided to ditch One Call and go back with Direct Line despite the slightly higher premium. Got a cancellation charge of £49 from One Call for their 'wonderful' administration. Will never deal with them ever again! Reviewed on: 29th May 2018

Misleading Sales

I thought I had no claims protection and it turned out I had none at all even though it was requested at the time of the quote there were all sorts of conditions to it that rendered it useless Reviewed on: 16th August 2017

Huge initial quote which they soon reduced on request

Originally quoted twice as much on a renewal which then found its way back down quickly and easilly with a call Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

rubbish

Rubbish company, you miss one payment and they charge a riduclous amount even thugh I called up the next day to make a payment they wanted £113 instead of £50 so I just cancelled. And they don't deal with anything else themselves, they make you call their finance broker. 20 mins on hold to them just to be told i need to call someone else! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017
