Customer Service that goes the extra mile.

Whenever I've engaged in a 'Chat' it has been with an actual person, not AI, which is reassuring and any query I may have had has been expeditiously resolved. I was slightly disappointed to learn that, this year, One Call has stopped offering insurance on a pay per mile basis, which, as someone who only drives about 5,000 miles a year, suited me perfectly. Nevertheless, the customer service they provide, along with the cover, is so good, that I was happy to renew with them anyway. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
