When I first joined one call the customer service was a little slow and the policy was a little confusing but since then they have improved massively and have explained all I need to know and re assured me on matters I was unsure of. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

There when I needed them.

Been using Confused for over 10 years now, offers the best range, is nice and straightforward to use and also doesn't push out younger drivers who love slightly older cars!
