Can't fault the top quality service provided.

Staff very pleasant and extremely helpful during telephone calls - so useful to have one to one conversations when help required - very understanding and never rushed when making decisions. Excellent, clear explanatory documentation. Portal easy to access. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Refreshing to find an easy to deal with

One Call insurance came up with a good deal on my car insurance two years ago. Their customer service was also very refreshing, they explained the different options really clearly and all in all very fuss free and value for money. I've continued to renew with them and will continues moving forwards so long as their service and price match what they've offered so far. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Well for a start my costs have gone down to reflect my older car and nil claims. This has never happened before with any other broker. The online process has been very clear- no taking money automatically - or at least the settings are configured not to do this first. Reminders have been received via email only. Not too many.
