Renewal quote

Received my renewal, was a lot more than I expected especially as I had made no claims in the year. Spoke online with PS1 (Paige S) who was able to reduce the quote to the same cost as last year so happy to remain. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026

I had to use their chat service to resolve an issue...

I had to use their chat service to resolve an issue that needed more documentation from me, Tabitha TS4 was extremely helpful and resolved the issue within minutes after checking it for me and even uploaded it to my file so I didn't have to. You can even request a transcript to be sent by email to you as confirmation that the issue had been resolved. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
