Easy to get hold of and helpful

So helpful and supportive

So helpful and kept me updated when a driver went into my door and I wasn't at fault. Car ended up category N but had it repaired at cost of driver at fault. When I phoned to find out if they would still insure they were so helpful. Have insured again with them and only gone up £30, so made more sense to hang onto my car. Would have cost me thousands to buy a other I couldn't afford at present. So thankful for their help. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

The Platinum cover is one of the best I've seen

Been with them for about 4 years now due to them seeking competitive pricing and offering a platinum service which includes breakdown at home. Used this for the first time recently and couldn't have been smoother. Sorted the problem immediately. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
