Via the portal it was fast easy to navigate and pay...

Via the portal it was fast easy to navigate and pay for my car insurance. I mean fast about 5 minutes. Also if I had any issues it was just a simple and fast call to one of the customer services people to help sort it out. So well done to them. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

No telephone contact available at 4pm on a Saturday. Employee who spoke with was not interested in helping. Contact from employee the following week was rude and not very informative.
