One call fee harvester

One call , one click , all the same company , sold car told them and they wanted 50 odd pounds to cancel an insurance that was 150 . Asked them if I could keep it running as only had 4 months of 6 pounds left but they said it would be force cancellation because I no longer own the car. So forced to pay their charges because I was honest. Customer online contact took 20 minutes both times and was kicked off on first chat because I didn't reply quickly enough and was blunt and unhelpful. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

Consistent

Can't make observations on what happens when you need them because something's happened- I've never had to call on them. But on the getting a quotation and paying for it- Excellent.
