Customer portal does not recognised me

I have used this insurance company for car for many years, I have found it difficult to access the app as it does not have my correct details and does not let me access the customer portal Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Stress-Free, Affordable Car Insurance

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt this company deserved one. I haven’t had to make a claim, so I can’t comment on that side of things, but everything else has been excellent. Getting the policy was quick and easy, the customer service has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed them, and the price offered fantastic value for money.
