Great value

WE renew with OneCall as they have been the best value each year. We haven't had to claim for car repairs, so not sure how that is. However when I needed a battery charge at home on my drive, it was arranged really quickly and I was attended by friendly car help people. Reviewed on: 9th August 2025

my claim for a car incident was dealt with quickly with high praise for the staff involved, however I do prefer to talk to people by phone call and not by the web chat which I think takes alot longer to be dealt with as I personally am not very good with IT and the web but over all experience very good.
