Very easy to book online.

Very easy to book online. Haven't, as yet, had to test the Car Rescue Service, & who it is with, locally?! Also, my printer is down, so no hard copy of the Insurance. Would like to be able to request a hard copy. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Via the portal it was fast easy to navigate and pay...

Via the portal it was fast easy to navigate and pay for my car insurance. I mean fast about 5 minutes. Also if I had any issues it was just a simple and fast call to one of the customer services people to help sort it out. So well done to them. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

No telephone contact available at 4pm on a Saturday. Employee who spoke with was not interested in helping. Contact from employee the following week was rude and not very informative. Did not seem interested in a mutual resolution, only appeared to want to take more money. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
