I needed to claim last year and although I struggled...

I needed to claim last year and although I struggled with the constant uploading of photos and documents overall it was a good experience Just wished that after I had uploaded my documents to them they could share them with the repair services that called me. One happy human

My experience was awful when I tried to phone couldn't get anyone to talk too kept going through the system press this and that in the end decided to go on line to the portal .only because I wanted to pay as I was pleased they put my insurance down very happy with that so after paying which was easy I was over joyed this is the best insurance ever been with them for years when you can get hold of a human they are polite and helpful let's see what happens next year Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

Easy to use, easy to navigate website with highly competitive pricing - good practice of providing more than sufficient notice of renewal dated. No thanks

Good price, excellent service. I moved house and expected to pay an administration fee but I didn't have to. That was an added bonus at an expensive time. Staff on the phone are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025
