If your unemployed or between jobs don't bother !

As an existing customer i have renewed my car insurance, but was dismayed when i was told that as i was made redundant, i am thus unemployed, and the very decent quote you gave me was no longer valid, you then quoted me £300 more. So much for honesty on my part ! If i'd kept my mouth shut, I would have saved £300. I think this treatment is poor, it's a shame as up until then i was 100% happy with the company Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
