One call might be able to match quote from others

I had a better quote from another company and One call was able to match the price I was offered and also the customer service person made me aware that other companies change extra for things that they include in there price and to double check when looking at quotes to see what is included. Issues resolved

had some issues with our policy and variable experience trying to sort it out via the chat, some said we couldn't do it that way, but eventually had a very helpful person who resolved our issue completely via this method which was the most useful to us in the circumstances Reviewed on: 31st July 2025

A company worth using..

Quick, easy and user friendly online services. I changed from another provider and had the "dread" of going through the whole process with a new company but One Call was straightforward and correspondence was nice and clear!
