I value being able to speak to customer service and...

I value being able to speak to customer service and having ringback meant I did not have to spend time in a queue. They are informative and friendly and I felt valued as a customer. I have not had occasion to make a clam thankfully so cannot comment on there claim department. Reviewed on: 26th September 2024

Hot water cistern burst.

My hot water cistern burst and flooded my flat and the flat below me with 25 gallons of scolding hot water. My One Call insurance company re-imbursed me to enable me to replace all ruined flooring and electrical tools with no hassle or fuss.
