Great service

Easy to use, but different?

Really easy & straightforward to deal with One Call, but I have almost had it with insurance companies! There are certain things in life, where insurance is obligatory and this company seems fair enough for this situation, but I've never had to make a claim. The problem is, when you do need to make a claim - it is NEVER truly resolved in the customer's favour. I see no reason why One Call should be any different. The multiple caveats and get-outs that insurance companies are allowed to give themselves, mean I only ever use insurance for those mandatory occasions. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
