easy some bits a little confusing

It was very easy to change policies, a little confusing because of items being standard and then shown as added but that was resolved by simple phone call. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

cheap aggressive difficult expensive

Cheap premiums, but any changes are expensive. Difficult to get help, an issue with my policy resulted in threats of cancellation, even days after the issues were resolved. Poor automated systems in the background and only online chat to speak to real people. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022

Good service

I joined one call this year for the first time. It was quick and easy to get a quote and after checking other brokers and on line comparison sites one call offerd the best value for money for me . I would recommend them to anyone and I will be choosing then to insure my bike again next year . Well done one call for looking after people in this hard financial time we are in .
