easy some bits a little confusing

It was very easy to change policies, a little confusing because of items being standard and then shown as added but that was resolved by simple phone call. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Fantastic insurance company , nothing is a bother ,has always been a great service .

Had a problem when one call hadn't taken the direct debit payments, and is was as simple that the sort code was wrong, they sorted it out within seconds Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Very Expensive to alter policy

Wanted to add my daughter to my policy, she has clean license and is 33yrs old, never had a claim in the 16 yrs she has been driving….my policy went from £26 per month to £44 Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Been with one call for 3 years and when I had a problem it was dealt with straight away

When renewing my policy I was able to get it cheaper elsewhere but I spoke to one call and they sorted me out with a new price which I gladly excepted Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
