Quick, and no fuss

After Direct Line had doubled my van insurance over the last three years, I needed better value insurance, and One Call fitted my requirements perfectly. Their chat facility sorted out any wrinkles with the policy, and I was covered in a few minutes. My only issue is that their fully comprehensive insurance doesn't allow me to drive other vehicles third party. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

A fast and fair settlement

I recently had to make my first claim on household insurance when my dog ate one of my (expensive) hearing aids. They not only settled the claim very quickly, without quibble, they also helped me every step of the way getting a replacement. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
