The company is straightforward to deal with. The staff are always helpful and pleasant, products available are clearly highlighted and competitive, the updates are always informative and worthwhile. Money Grabbers

I had an van insurance with One call, and cancelled it due to the van being scrapped. Having called this company and having four months of insurance left on my scrapped van, One call said that I would NOT get any refund whatsoever! + One has to wait ages to get through to One call. Single source of joy

The clarity on cost and deal specifics provided across our home and car insurance policies is excellent. East to compare and there aren't any hidden extras which distort the final cost. Everything is easy to navigate and update when you're approaching renewal date. Customer service have in my experience provided the advice needed and in timely fashion making the experience a positive one.
