Good for the pocket but customer service is lacking

Good for the budget however I recently misplaced my paperwork and didn’t understand an aspect of my contract. I contacted the customer service and they couldn’t explain it saying it’s in the contact which they wouldn’t send out to me again. In the end I cancelled the add on I was querying saying I’m not paying for something I don’t understand what it’s for. Saying that other than that one incident I’ve found them to be pretty reasonable and good service. Reviewed on: 15th October 2022
