Really good service

Have only needed you once over the years but got brilliant service. Half way up Anglesey my van broke down. Now that's not a massive problem for most people but for me who is on an oxygen machine it can and is a huge problem as the machine only has so much oxygen life. At first the call handler was not co operative at all, i take it they are just a generic call centre, but after explaining about my situation and that my next call would be for an ambulance he put the wheels in motion. When the recovery truck from Menai Bridge turned up the driver could not be more apologetic or helpful. Overall i would recommend your company but think i need to check how far recovery from my home address covers. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
