The worst company to deal I have ever experienced to deal with.h . No phone line, refered to live chat waiting for Hours and no response

An impossible company to deal with, unable to enter my portal even though my passwords are correct, An absolute rubbish firm to deal with. Excellent service and suplementory information

Really look forward to the newsletter and the useful hints and tips, especially around the current cost of living crisis. I have since registered with Martin Lewis website following your advice and buying a 'brand lower' than normal. Also good advice on how far you get once your fuel light comes on. One Call Insurance is No 1 for motor insurance.

Brilliant Company

We have insured our car with One Call for six years or more. Have found them to be very helpful finding lower prices. We have looked at other Brokers but seem to come back to them every time. They also have very good deals on breakdown cover, once again they can't be matched. We have had no problems with customer service, always polite and extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

Convenience & Value

I have been with One Call for a number of years, and have had a couple of claims within that time too. Claims have always been easy to log, and sorted quickly. I have found their online customer portal to be easy to navigate, it gives me what I need, and its all very convenient. The price is usually about average - I have found that cheaper quotes tend not to give me the same extra benefits, and so you should check those! Currently on the Platinum membership which means I only have a one month rolling contract with a small monthly payment. The chat feature on the website is great for me - no more waiting in phone queues! The person on the other end usually has full access to everything they need to sort my query, and most of the time this is done within just a few minutes. I would recommend them.
