Changing car insurance to a different car when upgrading my car

I had my car insured with One Call Insurance, when I was upgrading my car, I had to travel approx 100 miles to collect the newer car. One call insisted that I gave them the TIME when the insurance would transfer from one car to the other. I explained that as I was travelling approx 100 miles to collect the car and could be delayed due to a traffic accident, excess traffic, road closures or weather conditions etc. If I was delayed then my car would NOT be insured. Soooooo happy with my renewal quote

Last time my renewal for my car insurance was due I was going to search around as I usually do but when I received my renewal I was so happy with their renewal price I didn’t bother wasting time. As an afterthought I phoned back to say my mileage was lower than I’d stated the previous year and was amazed that I was given a reduction. I highly recommend One Call. Reviewed on: 5th August 2022

Fair and competative

As the cost of living is going up every walk of life. My insurance renewal was a reasonable increase and i chose not to shop around for a new quote. I hope will be the same with renewal this year. Reviewed on: 5th August 2022

Very poor customer service

My van was involved in a collision whilst parked outside my home on the 17th June despite several attempts to call accident help line I was unable to speak with eny one was on chat call with unknown operator and was told someone would contact me concerning claim in 48 hours As yet 5th August no reply The person that ran into van got her insurance company to repair the van So my vote must go to admiral Reviewed on: 5th August 2022
