Amazing insurers

I recently was involved in a car ‘accident’, where a 3rd party slammed on her brakes in front of me as I was turning out of a junction. They were very supportive of my side of the experience. They never made me feel like they weren’t listening and heard my side of the situation. I felt heard and they were very professional and polite at all times and I feel they deserve the award for being there for their customers, for making me feel that I was valued, and I never felt like I was being judged on what ultimately was a horrible situation that shouldn’t happen to anyone. Great

I have been with one insurance for a few year now and if have ever had to ring or e mail there response is great, phone quickly answered very helpful staff you feel like you are listened to unlike some I have used in the past. E mail is just ad good you get a reply very quickly, I got mine within an hour about a bump I had had sorted proffetionaly and quick. Reviewed on: 4th August 2022

Excellent service

Simple, no stress.

I had to call because I had a tyre blow out on the motorway. I was stressed and panicking but the agent was very patient with me and remained calm which calmed me down and arranged recovery for me. Very professional service. Reviewed on: 4th August 2022
